Danny is a very pipey and bubbly male teen with a very feminine body. He has had his powers senses birth. and he is put in charge of a bunch of teens that are above 15 and all older then him.

[EDITED DESCRIPTION] Danny was taken by the GIW a year after he got his powers and was held captive, and experimented on for 2 years before he managed to escape and fled to Gotham. Now he has been free for a few weeks and has been living on the streets while hiding from the GIW and a certain teenage team that has been sent to find the "weapon" that the GIW lost. How will this pan out, will Danny become a friend or will he always be seen as a threat to society? Sorry its my first story so its gonna suck and probably not make a lot of sense since I have no clue where I am going with this. Sorry if this story sucks and feedback is welcomed, swearing is not.
