Spencer falls pregnant with Toby, but what will she do?

Spencer Hastings loved Toby Cavanaugh very much, so much that she couldn't risk they're relationship with a pregnancy. So she left town for good. 10years later, Spencer's daughter, Katie, wants to meet her father. But did Spencer tell her child the truth about where Toby has really been all this time and how much he really knows about his child, Katie Hastings?

Spoby after PLL is over. We ended knowing that Alex (Spencer's twin) had been the Spencer with Toby pretty much all season 7. Luckily, he knew Spencer well enough to know who the real one was and at the end of 7x20 it is said that Spencer and Toby are back together and everyone is happy for them. But, I don't feel that we got a proper ending and I want to write this because we never saw them as an adult couple. I hope that this helps recover from PLL ending...
