A little kitten was found inside the school the day after it rained and the school staff ended up liking the little kitten and took him in. It helps that he is the new mascot of the school.

As class rep, Tenya Iida is expected to be a great and humble leader. He is to focus solely on school, rather than meaningless matters, such as small crushes. But despite holding the title of "Class Rep", Tenya does not live up to his complete wishes.
