Los sucesos ocurren después de la ultima batalla de las Tortugas Ninja protagonizando a Leo ahora como el nuevo líder suplantando a Rapha creando discusiones y separaciones. Un misterioso enemigo aparece en contra de las tortugas o más bien de Leo quien tendrá que luchar contra el peso de los sentimientos que oculta de sus hermanos.
