Zoe is an 18 year old girl........or should I say was. Zoe was involved in a car accident and unfortunately she died, while her parents and little sister Chloe survived. Chloe and her parents take the news very hard, but little do they know that Zoe is closer than they think. Before Zoe died she was strong believer in that if you wished for something hard enough, it would come true. Zoe's wish was to meet the famous singer/songwriter Demi Lovato before she died. When Zoe died she went up into heaven, and she was told that she could go down to earth as an angel, but only 2 people were going to be able to see her. Zoe chose Demi and her little sister Chloe. Did Zoe make the right choice? Will Zoe get to meet Demi? How will they react when they see her and find out that they are the only ones who can?
