I felt like this storyline could have fit in to the show because of how unconventional their relationship has always been. I love the idea that this was the first night they ever spent together and it was the night before their wedding.

Two weeks - that's all they were given. When Alex and Norma married for the sole purpose of obtaining health insurance for Norman, they told themselves it wasn't forever. They had no idea they would fall hopelessly in love...and that their love would be intense and short lived. Now Alex is faced with the impossible task of living without her.

The night things changed for Norma. The night she met the sheriffs son, Alex.
