Anywhere is better than the Orre region, where she's from... but when she and her bandmates arrive at her grandmother's apartment, the eccentric old lady is dead. The executor of her will is some man they've never heard of, Corbeau. Returning to Orre isn't an option. Their scholarships from Lumiose University are their only shots at higher education. Khalila has to succeed to save her dad's failing business. So, with nowhere to go and no-one to turn to, they get 'creative,' but they're not the only gang in Lumiose. Khalila isn't sure if Corbeau is looking out for her or plans to kill her. Someone is certainly planning it.
