There exists a world, hidden deep inside the imagination of an individual you wouldn't suspect. A paracosm that came to be because of constant, determined imagining, and it's thinker was its God. It is a world of power, magic, and mystery. A world where controlling the five elements is normal: Water Earth Fire Air And Magic. This is the story of six friends; five with control over each of the five elements, and a Royal with two elements. Together they form a small band known to themselves as the Conference, and they together go on adventures and strengthen themselves and each other. Then, one day, the six of them are faced with a great evil, built solely upon a concept unknown in this imagined world. My name is Misty, and I am the Royal. This is our first story.

Short works, school assignments, and freewrites that don't deserve to be their own book. I've ordered them from best to worst. This collection is also published on FictionPress; however, the chapter order is different. Section I - Stand-alone Stories 1. The Graduate. Flash fiction. When she begged for help from "anyone or anything who could help her pass her class," she wasn't expecting a demon to actually show up. 2. The Sting of Betrayal. Flash fiction. She was just trying to do a good deed. She learned her lesson. 3. How to Avoid Moving Your Body in P.E. Essay. Tips on minimizing others' awareness of your physical body while you're going through puberty. 4. Middle School: An Anthropological Study. Autobiographical essay. A homeschooled nerd takes a journey into a strange, foreign land. 5. Bus Stop. Creepypasta-style. A woman chases a purse snatcher, but the thief might not be what she appears. Section II - Short scenes 1. Forbidden Fruit - A girl trying to hide contraband cookies. 2. Muffy and Sephy - A pubescent relationship from two POV's. 3. Ten Seconds, 300 Words - The last ten seconds of a girl's life. 3. Dialogue Exercise: Eavesdropping - Badly injured, a boy overhears a conversation between a vampire and the human he's brought to feed off. 4. According to her brother, high school sophomore Emily Randazzo has a "GPS brain" which set her route and won't let her try a new one. But as far as Emily is concerned, her whole life has been spent in trials - like trying to decide whether she should live in Brooklyn with her strict Mom or suburban Jersey with her lenient Dad - or trying to figure out how other people's brains work and why hers is so different from theirs - or trying to navigate when she should stand firm in her ways, versus being flexible for others. After so many years struggling to fit in and be happy, Emily finally feels that she's found her lane in life. She's attending an all-girl school that she loves, made some good friends like her bestie Jenny, and set a goal to be accepted to Yale University. So of course she doesn't want to change direction now! However, a weekend visit to the relaxed rules at her father's home puts new detours in Emily's path, starting in the form of two boys: her brother's best friend Kelly, and next-door-neighbor Evan. Soon enough Emily begins to wonder if she should recalculate. Divided between two parents, two states, two boys and the possibilities of two extremely different lives, Emily is trying to figure out who, what and where she wants to be in her future.

This is the first book of the series. There are three branching stories about three people all trying to end the chaos in Tropan. These people are Dillila, Phoenix, and Zackary they are people who've never met, til this story of course, and are now put together by fate to bring peace back into the land of Tropan. Tropan is a diverse land that borders Meridium, it is also a lot laxer on it's people. Such a thing causes a lot of people to flee from Meridium to Tropan as freedom is something everyone wants. But as Tropan falls into a civil war those who cross the border find no happiness, as they are despised as much as rats that eat all the food in one's pantry. Most are taken prisoner and sent back usually into the hands of the ones who were chasing them. Others are forced into whichever army takes them or are just killed as that is what will likely happen to them anyway. The People within Tropan are diverse as they have brought in many people from the surrounding lands just from the legends who speak of the past. But just as many are intrigued by its odd nature others are turned away from it. Those with any knowledge of Tropan know how bad crime is, cutpurses and murderers, lurk in the shadows of alleyways and in the crowded streets everywhere. That is why some who choose to live here choose the sanctity of the small camps. These are ancient tribes of huntsmen who still follow old traditions. They are not viewed to be any different than the rest of those who live in Tropan, but people will look twice when seeing one walk down the streets of Robenfroder or even Riveride. Those who are not a city dweller or camp sleeper are a guild member. They travel a lot in the lands of Tropan doing whatever the guilds codes tell them too. Some stay in camps or cities for days, weeks, years, or even only a matter of hours, they will stay there until they were finished with whatever job they needed to complete. This story is about Dillila Therium an alien to the land of Tropan.

Some short stories I've written- some are individual stories, others fit together. Maybe when some of them are big enough I'll make them into their own seperate book, but for now, they're here!

Curious about autism? This resource for writers talks about what autism is and how to write an autistic character. Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental disability that affects around 1 in 59 people. Every autistic person is different. Most autistic people typically experience some or all of the common autistic traits, which include developmental delays, difficulty mind-reading, sensory issues, need for routine, stimming, and difficulty understanding and coping with emotions. This resource is intended to be autistic-friendly. This is a space for good-faith learning and positivity. It is OK to have questions and to not know things. People commenting in bad faith will be blocked, and possibly reported. (Please do not try to debate mean people.)
