Alex has a picture perfect family. He was a beautiful wife, whom he loved very much, a five year old son named Phillip, and another baby on the way. Everything was perfect until Phillip started Kindergarten and Alexander almost immediately catches feelings for his new teacher.

John made a mistake. He lost his virginity at fourteen and ended up getting the woman pregnant. She died and he kept the child, with the consequence of being cut out of his family. Now he's seventeen with a two year old daughter, working two jobs and attending high school. Even with these stresses, he still kept time to spend with his daughter. He didn't hide the fact he had a child. She was his pride and joy and loved her unconditionally. Alexander was basically the star of the school. Everyone looked at him like a God. He was the star of the lacrosse team, top of his class, and hot. He did get some hate, as he was an put bisexual, but it never seemed to get to him. He was perfect.

There are two things you need to know about John Laurens. One: don't ask him about his major, and two: don't try to get to know him. Despite these warnings, Alexander Hamilton is determined to get inside of the mind of the boy from the college party with the curly hair and freckles who looked like he would rather have been anywhere else than there. John, meanwhile, has one thing on his mind; to not fall for that little persistent kid from the Caribbean who feels uniquely entitled to his messed-up life.
