When quirks became a thing another world wide phenomenon rose with it. It was a soulmate system where when a pair of soulmates meet, one person would be aware that they are soulmates and are not allowed to tell the other their true feelings about the other until their perfect time. His cousin committed suicide and Izuku was thrown into an orphanage. He did get adopted, happy, right? Wrong. The parents loved him at first but then discovered alcohol and drugs. They started to abuse him when he was 13, he's 15 now. He has All Might's quirk now. He stays away from home, sleeps in the lot when the weather isn't bad. Will he use it to rise to the top?
