Ibraheem understood what happened as soon as his eyes fell on the heart monitor, flat lines on the screen staring back at him. He pressed the panic button and immediately the nurse rushed into the room with the doctor behind her. "My wife is no more! My child is motherless," Ibraheem cried out, tears streaming down his face as he hugged his baby girl close to his chest. She remained aloof from the close ones that wished to comfort her, lost in her own world. As she took the first few steps to find herself once again, that which she had regarded merely as words of consolmement had begun to prove that it was a reality. Happiness once again knocked at the door of her heart, seeking to enter her locked heart, unknowingly breaking down the walls of her strong fortress , and finding its way into the depths of her heart. Pin drop silence hovered over them all, their eyes trained on Mohammed ilyaas. Summayya's heart drummed crazily, she bounced her legs in anxiety, waiting for him to propose to her. He finally looked up, locking his gaze with her own, he gave her a timid smile. Blushing, she returned a shy smile, quickly averting her gaze back to her lap. "I spoke to my mother about Sumayya. " He paused, glancing at her twiddling her fingers nervously beneath the table. He sighed. She would hate him for this. "She was displeased." Her eyes shot up, a look of shock pooling in those dark brown orbs. "She doesn't approve of this marriage." He slumped his shoulders in defeat, not meeting her gaze. She swallowed the sudden lump that formed in her throat, blinking away traitorous tears that were on the brink of her lashes. She stoop up abruptly. She couldn't believe it! He was refusing because his mother said she didn't approve. How could she say no without even meeting her once? She ran to her room, as tears spilled from her eyes, one after the other, soaking her scarf. She slumped on the floor, burying her face in her lap, crying for being so vulnerable and foolish. Why did she ever fall in love? She should have just remained the carefree tomboy that she was, the one who loved sport and outdoor activities and cringed at the mention of a husband, the one that only had friends that were boys but knew where to draw the line! Why was she so foolish?? Why just why? With quivering lips, she slammed her bedroom door shut. Sinking onto the carpeted floor once again. He melted the ice queens heart no doubt, he taught it how to love no doubt, he trained it how to feel loved no doubt, but one thing he didn't teach her was the pain of a broken heart and how to mend it. They say that love is such a wonderful feeling, a feeling that poets go into depths, describing.They say if you wish really hard for what you truly desire, you definitely achieve what you wish for. They say that married life is blissful and that love after marriage is the best and most pure love ever found.They say that life becomes easier once you learn to accept your destiny wholeheartedly. They say that you should always focus on the positives in life and overlook the negatives. What they failed to mention was the heartache you suffer when you're unable to spend your life with the one you love. They didn't describe the disappointment you feel when your ardent desires don't become a reality. They never bothered to tell you how difficult it is to fall in love after marriage when your heart was already tied to someone else before marriage. They lied to you when they said that life becomes easier once you accept your destiny, that was easier said than done. They made it seem so easy to focus on the positives and overlook the negatives in life. If only life was so easy, oh how she wished life could be as simple as people made it seem! Razina was such a person, that when she loved, she loved with all her heart and even an ounce of hate was hardly ever found in her heart, but she soon realised sometimes to love so dearly and unconditionally can cause more harm than benefit. She was left to mend the pieces of her broken heart on her own, she was forced to marry a man she was not prepared to spend her life with, she was ordered to trample upon her own wishes and obey the wishes of her elders, she was bound in a marriage that she never wished for. A world filled with temptations alluring us to persue and venture these temptations. A world filled with mutiny,revolt, rivalry, and controversy. We live in the world as if we will live forever , working and toiling for success of this world but neglecting the toil for the hereafter. How can we ascertain that we will achieve success in the next world when we haven't toiled hard enough. This story is regarding two young girls persuing their dreams and working to fulfill and achieve their worldly successes. Lost in fulfilling her dreams and living her life to the fullest she begins to slack in her religious duties, paying no heed to the ones that try to guide and advise her. She's drowning in the love of the world and negligent of the hereafter, will she completely drown in the darkness and be in despair or will she be saved before it's too late ??

Farhaad Musa, a young man who plays around with girls feelings, one day he takes it too far with a girl , so far that he lies to get himself out of a bad situation...but how long can he hide away? He didn't realise how serious was the action he did and doesnt repent,he thinks it's the past but little does he know that his past will haunt him over and over again in his future. Parts of this story are based on a true story and parts of it are fictional. (Short Story)

Safwa gazed intently at the crashing waves of the ocean, the way they started off roughly, crashed against each other , as if at war, then aproached her , leaping one after the other as if in a race, then calming down and gently washing over the shore , splashing cool, salty and foamy water around her feet , which were now stretched out in front of her. She curled her toes and sighed in contentment, enjoying the way the water cooled her feet and mind. SubhanAllah every creation of Allah is amazing but, the ocean is just something else..... She had no words to describe it's beauty. She was so lost in her thoughts, staring into the depths of the ocean, that she failed to notice the presence of a certain someone that had been watching her earlier on. "Beautiful isn't it " She broke free from her reverie, startled by a sudden male voice. That voice it sounded so fimliar....it was a distant memory but, she knew that voice very well ....and she hoped she was wrong ......
