How could someone live in a world where everyone has a mark that explains their personalities but yours is just... wrong. That's how Lance lives everyday. A mark that... doesn't represent him. But, he didn't want to burden anyone with the idea that he was unhappy, so he hides behind his happy little mask, not letting anyone know of his struggle. But Keith, a kid that Lance meets while they were in the Garrison and became friends, and rivals, with, notices that... the mark doesn't match. That is one of his traits, perception. Keith wakes to find that everything is not as it seems. Everything is quiet, the team is more distant and Keith finds himself struggling with his own problems. But as Keith finds out that Lance is missing and leaving very little information on where he is, Team Voltron is about to enter it's hardest time as they race against time to find the blue paladin before he loses himself and before the Empire finds him.

Lance thought he knew everyone, that is, except the nerd in the corner that was too "down there" for him to even associate with. Then, one fateful night, the Redblood Werewolf attacks, and Lance's life changes immensely, though for better or worse, no one has any idea.

After a long discussion, Keith finally agrees to visit Lance's family in Spain. Eventual Klance. College AU. Lance is Spanish and Keith is Korean. Rated T for language, rating may change as the story goes on I do not own the cover art.

A mission gone wrong leaves Lance's vocal cords shot, and with the healing pods down, the only way to allow them to heal is time.
