Jasmine Daniels is a nurse at Midwestern Memorial Hospital. She pours everything she has into her work and the patients adore her for it. From the outside it looks like she has it all together but what no one knows is that every night she's battling inner demons that remind her of a past she can't seem to forget, no matter how hard she tries. Ezekiel Bryant is a detective recovering from a gunshot wound at Midwestern Memorial Hospital. He was injured in a recent shoot out he lost his partner in. Feelings of anger and guilt plague him causing him to lash out at all the hospital staff treating him, including Jasmine.
