In a modern day setting, Ninjago is need of a superhero. Instead, they get four teenaged boys with elemental powers. Jay-an energetic guy who was struck by lightning at the age of six. Kai-a hot-headed boy-turned-super soldier who was kidnapped by a mysterious man at the age of nine. Cole-a teen with earth based powers forced to live his father's dream but yearns to dance to his own beat. Zane-an artificially created human being with ice based powers and an extreme case of amnesia. When an evil darkness threatens to destroy the world as they know it, can these four join forces and defend their home?

It's a cautionary tale of fear and lust and pride based on actual events where people died (No one died) ~~~~~~ Kai's turning eighteen and he's pretty excited about it. So naturally, the rest of his friends want to make it a birthday to remember. Thank goodness that the red ninja had an overactive imagination... Follow Kai on an epic birthday quest, where he shall encounter elves, giants, trolls, fairies, and so much more, all leading to an epic final battle against an evil prince. In other words, prepare for silliness, shenanigans, and a certain fairy boy not staying in character. :D
