"Where am I? Who's bed am I in?" I wondered. I was in a dark room. I swung my feet over and stepped onto the creaky old floor. There was so little light shining through the door. The edges had light coming from them. I gripped onto the door knob and as quietly as possible opened the door. I peeked out but no one seemed to be there. It was just another dark empty room but I could see the exit. Trying to prepare myself to run towards the door, I took in a deep breathe looking around to make sure no one was around. I took a deep breathe and ran for the door. I grabbed the knob and opened the door in a quick pace but when I opened it a tall dark man stood before me. My heart had skipped a beat and the shock of seeing him made me go off balance and fall to the floor. I scooted back. When I did my back had hit something. I turned my head to see what it was and once I squinted my eyes, I jumped and backed away from the coffin that was behind me. I looked over at the door way. I couldn't examine his face with the lighting from outside causing his shadow to cast over me. I heard a little snicker coming from the man. He entered and shut the door behind him. I couldn't really see him but I just remaind silent. I didn't know what to do or say. I wanted to make a run for the door but my body locked up. "Whats happening? Is this a dream?" I wondered. "Its too vivid to be a dream." I thought. While lost in thought the man before me had lit a match. I could then see his face. I was shocked.
