She'd never wanted to attend the most prestigious stuck-up school only made for the rich and the smart. She'd never even wanted to apply. But tragedy struck her family and it had always been her moms dream. The first day she's there she makes a fool out of herself in front of the most popular group in all of Crestwood. And to make matters worse one of them is her roommate! They call themselves the Devara. (Stupid, she knows). And yet she can't help but feel drawn to them. Drawn to everything about them. So Avaryn does what she does best, she investigates. Only what she finds is a whole other dangerous world. A world of secrets and pain and even magic. The Devara is supernatural. I'm a new witch, early in my ways. This is my diary, my book of shadows. I take spells I find and put them in this book. I'm not great at creating spells but with practice maybe I can become great. Take what you learn and use it in the world.

The Book of Shadows is the magical tome of the Warren Line of Witches. It is the most powerful and coveted of the Books of Shadows in existence and is over three hundred years old. The Book has been passed down every generation ever since it was created by Melinda Warren in the 17th century. Besides information about the craft, the Book contains many entries on several beings from the magical community, including demons, warlocks and other evil beings. It also contains many spells and potion recipes, most of which were written by Penny Halliwell.

Anne Frank's life was vital to World War II. Thanks to her diary, it gave us an insight as to what life was like as a Jew living in Nazi Germany. This story is an essay I did for my English class. Our unit was about the Holocaust and its effects, so my teacher made us do an essay on a play based on Anne Frank's diary. I know it isn't impressive for an 8th grader like me, but when you see it formatted, then it looks like something worth to read. Also, the formatted version is available to read now: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vRIjfiGFeKtr7dWmW8b7rWwhTlNaDNnBWY2YLhxSeKs2nVX9js6_-ZTEzeV19k9XHnjSFMDKrxIfddc/pub

Celtic mythology is the mythology of Celtic polytheism, the religion of the Iron Age Celts. Like other Iron Age Europeans, the early Celts maintained a polytheistic mythology and religious structure. Among Celts in close contact with Ancient Rome, such as the Gauls and Celtiberians, their mythology did not survive the Roman Empire, their subsequent conversion to Christianity, and the loss of their Celtic languages. It is mostly through contemporary Roman and Christian sources that their mythology has been preserved. The Celtic peoples who maintained either their political or linguistic identities (such as the Gaels in Ireland and Scotland, and the Celtic Britons of southern Great Britain and Brittany) left vestigial remnants of their ancestral mythologies, put into written form during the Middle Ages. - 2019 -Completed-
