By the middle of the twenty-first century technology had advanced far enough that it is now possible to create artificial life forms or androids as they are commonly called. The most trusted and favored of companies that produce them is The Tower of Bel. Their androids have a shelf life of five to ten years, double that of any other competitor. Most androids are programmed to be subservient slaves to their masters, and used only in the privacy of the buyers home. For the past twenty years, androids have become commonplace, like the obsolete computer once had been. But the Tower of Bel, or the Tower , as it is frequently referred to, has secretly been working on androids that could be used for other purposes. Purposes that have nothing to do with housework and chores. Only the richest of men can afford such models, their prices ranging from several hundred thousand to several million dollars. At the forefront of their newest, most secret models is A.S.H.R.A. Designed by the brilliant Dr. Elliahm Arryin, A.S.H.R.A. is the perfect assassin. Another such model is H.A.S.S.I.N. An android that can heal or kill. Unlike other androids, both were programmed with freewill. #99 in sci-fi (as of 08/14/2016)
