Merlin is left in charge to care for his own kingdom, Aeyland. While in the midst in the course of events, Merlin's mind is a blank slate-all memories of Arthur now washed away. Things are going smoothly, until Merlin gets a sudden sense, rushing to a certain lake. There, Arthur rises. Merlin has no idea who the 'stranger' is, and why he was called upon his awakening.
