Rakim Mayers best known as Rocky on the streets finds his life being strangely rearranged when he begins to find interest in a girl named Skylar. Getting girls has never been a problem for Rocky due to his good looks, sweet charm and street wits but, Skylar isn't like the other girls and Rocky just can't to feel drawn to her. Initially Skylar wants nothing to do with Rocky but, he's a bad boy that's hard to avoid seeing that they live on the same block. The more they encounter one another, the closer they become to each other and, they soon find out that they are connected in a very peculiar way.
