He was disturbed, cruel and a chaotic mess. He was like the dark; distant. He always seemed so confident and carefree, you could see it the way he carried himself, but was he really all that? He was a dead man walking, selfishly using people for his own benefit. It had always been like that, when was the time for a change? She was the opposite; a blooming red rose in a field of daisies. She was generous - she kept overwatering plants simply because she didn't know when to stop giving and her laughter wasn't any less than a blessing. She sought the good in people and often ended up with salty cheeks from the many disappointments life offered her. "I loved her not for the way she danced with my angels, but for the way the sound of her name could silence my demons." - Christopher Poindexter *** Warning: This story will contain mature content such as sexual content, strong words and violence.

"Katy Regnery is a fresh new voice. I eagerly await every Katy book and I tell everyone I know to read them!" --Carly Phillips, NY Times Bestselling Author Breaking Up with Barrett is the first of six books about the Philadelphia-based, wildly-handsome English brothers who are all on the look-out for love. (Except Alex. He's a womanizing manwhore. And maybe Stratton, because he's wicked hot, but super awkward around girls.) Barrett English, aka "the Shark," is the fair-haired, first-born of the English brothers, and the CEO of the oldest, most prestigious investment banking firm in Philadelphia. He rules the boardroom with an iron fist, refusing to take no for an answer and always getting his way. Emily Edwards, a first-year doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania, grew up in the gatehouse on the outskirts of Barrett's childhood estate. The daughter of his family's gardener and housekeeper, she was always looking through the window of privilege, but forced to remember her place at the very periphery of the kingdom. When business partners suggest that a fiancee might soften Barrett's image over business dinners, he approaches Emily for the "job" of fiancee. And while love wasn't necessarily on Barrett's radar, he begins to realize that Emily always has been. But will his take-no-prisoners boardroom tactics work on the heart of the woman he loves? _________ THE BLUEBERRY LANE SERIES: THE ENGLISH BROTHERS (Blueberry Lane Books #1-6 & 11) Breaking Up With Barrett Falling for Fitz Anyone but Alex Seduced by Stratton Wild about Weston Kiss Me Kate Marrying Mr. English - coming December 2015

Highest ranking: #1 in teen fiction. I though I knew Archer McCarty. The controlling, stubborn bad boy who always try and get his way, the bully who made my childhood days waste away. The guy who grew up to be hot as hell. That was why I agree to play the game, for revenge. I wasn't prepared to see a whole different side of him. He is overwhelming and possessive. He goes all caveman when another guy so much as breathe in my direction. He let me break his defense. The tables are turned and I see everything in his view. It seems to make more sense. I wasn't expecting to fall for him by unraveling him but it was easy. I don't know how to tell him that all of these started with that game. Do I even want to? [WARNING: PG-13 Some scenes may be inappropriate for younger crowds. If you are not a fan of over the top possessive hero. This is not the book for you]

It's early summer, and in a small community on the central Jersey Shore, a black car screeches to a halt outside the Wright Bros grocery. Danny looks up from where he's working at the carwash to see the driver rifle out of the car and chase a girl rushing into the store. For some reason-fate perhaps or intuition-he decides to cross the lot and investigate. When he meets Mary, there is a great deal Danny doesn't know, but he certainly knows that he's been struck. For it's like the keys to an old car had been dropped into his hands and is about to start the engine that will forever alter the outcome of their lives. Some Place Better Than Here is a gritty, unflinching look at how we define family and come to grips with loss. It's about growing up in a small town, following your dreams, and mapping out the uneven ground that often lays between love, friendship, and sexual awakening.
