Zelink AU Modern Fanfiction Link and his grandfather always used to go on an ice fishing trip every winter break. But when Link's grandfather passes away, Link decides to rent part of the old cabin he used to own, and go have his fishing trip as normal. But it's not completely normal, the new owner's daughter tends to the cabin while he's there and she seems to be a nuisance. Will Link be able to enjoy his regular fishing trip as normal this winter break, or will Zelda ruin it for him? Zelda and Link meet at school before a test. Link is severely sleep-deprived, and Zelda's friend is out sick. While usually an introvert, Link's tired brain seizes the opportunity to sit next to the girl he's noticed since school began. Completed, but not 'wrapped up' just a cute fluffy ending. The whole coffee and monster 'I'm going to die' part, lol) They're not exactly in character, but then again, how many readers really care about that? Zelda, the governor's daughter, is an aspiring author who can only write in coffee shops. Forced by her father to move away from Central, and her beloved coffee shop, she must find a replacement. She finds this in "Hyrule Coffee," owned by a kind young man her own age. When he proposes a deal to her, how will it change both of their lives? Story is the fluffiest I've ever written, but it also has much deeper subjects. It changes drastically near the end. Whenever Sayori heard any sort of music, she'd see little flickers of color. Different notes had a different color assigned to it. Deeper chords had cooler, darker colors while higher notes were warmer and brighter. Sayori learned how to play the Ukulele in middle school and she would write music just so she could see the colors. She would sing songs to help her cope with her depression. When she was bored at school, she would color a paper with crayons to showcase what notes she wanted to play in song. She would transfer sheet music into colors so she knew what notes to play. It was her own little secret that nobody needed to know about. She wasn't too good anyways. But what Happens when her best friend, and crush, Natsuki find out?

When Zelda's dumped yet again by her longtime boyfriend, Ganondorf Dragmire, she finally decides that enough is enough. She's done with him, once and for all. On top of the heartache and pain she feels from the loss of Ganondorf, she comes down with a terrible fever. Who better to nurse her back to health but her best friend's boyfriend, Link Finlay?
