Upon the time he woke up, he discovered that he was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease. On the other hand, Miyazono Kaori had survived and was already recovering from cancer. How will those around Kousei react when they learn of his sickness? How will Kousei react on his sickness? ... This is a medical drama and a slight music-themed too. I hope you like it! Arima Kousei had received a letter from the government that his father had perished in an unimaginable earthquake in Japan. It was a very painful moment for him as it had only been a month after Miyazono Kaori passed away. Due to his father's death, Kousei became very depressed. He almost lost control of his psyche because of the sorrow encircling his heart. He's still a minor and so, he was required to go into an orphanage. Seto Hiroko knew that Kousei would need a loving home while on medication on his depression after adopting him. Will Kousei be able to be happy again after all of the trauma he received in his life? When Arima Kousei thought that he had already lost the girl he does love after his performance in East Japan Music Competition, he received a call that Miyazono Kaori actually survived the surgery and she's excited to see him back. In his excitement and happiness, he left without even looking whether he placed or not but as he rush to go at the hospital, an unseen tragedy befalls them unexpectedly. Arima Kousei wakes up in the hospital without his memories and only remembering his father, his name and the name 'Miyazono Kaori' after he had been hit devastatingly by a man who had grave vexation with his father and his father's best friend. To help him recover from his injuries, his father decided to take him in Tokyo and to closely monitor him already as he had been lacking enough time with him due to his work. Three years after he had his accident, Miyazono Kaori returns and learns that Arima Kousei does have a different girl as his girlfriend. He also soon learns that his life had always been in danger.
