At the Junior Games, she is oblivious to the fact that Dean Portman has taken a liking towards her. With his high horse and egotistical self, he believes he's the best and always has to have the last word. As he learns his feelings are quite strong for Callie, his way of showing it only seems to annoy her as he picks on her and the team, treats them like crap, and pretends to be high and mighty. Callie and Dean's odd friendship rocks often and has challenges. Neither of them really mean what they say or do to the other, but the outcome isn't always pretty.
