Tenshin is the younger sister of Soul, who is transported to a different dimension at a young age of 4. Tenshin is different then soul she is more than one weapon and is able to give energy to her meister and heal by her milk( if you know what I mean ?), but she can only heal her miester if it was anyone else that person would die(explains more in the story). Anyway, Tenshin was sealed away in konoha in her main weapon form, a scythe embedded in stone. Many people tried to lift it but lead to their death until itachi and his little brother sasuke came to try.
