Two wishing for a dream more than the other, Tubbo and Ranboo despite not really liking attention or spotlights, have wished to be a dragon rider since they got out of the orphanage at nine, seven years ago. After careful thoughts, Tommy decides he can help one and wish for the other to be able to have the same wish granted, and join the other in competitions.
