Y/N was really happy, she always visits Charlie and the others at the HAZBIN Hotel even helping them with rehabilitate demons to send them to heaven. Y/N always keeps a secret from her family and friends too. Y/N was going back home from college even today was snowing too. It got really weird for Y/N until mysterious creature was in front of her, that creature did something to her until everything went to darkness. Then Y/N wakes up from the darkness and found herself in the hospital room too. What's going to happen to her, when she discovers, what she is even, what she is capable of too.

I had such a terrible life, and hell was no walk in the park either, i was known as the 2nd most feared mortal soul ever called Fallen. I was not at all a fan of violence, but I had to to survive. But when I met Charlie, I knew she was the key to being redeemed.
