Mckenzie is just a normal girl, she's just like everyone else. The only difference is while everyone else has loads of friends and goes to party, shopping and other things like that Mckenzie, who hasn't really got any friends stays at home on her computer. One day as she is looking through some recent status's she happens to sees a tweet from the one and only Eleanor Calder asking why everyone hates her and what she's done wrong. Mckenzie feels sorry further and ends up sending a tweet out shouting at everyone for sending hate to Eleanor. When Mckenzie gets a message from Eleanor saying thank you and that they should keep in touch she realises that twitter had actually changed her life.
