By finding out that her daughter has been lying to her, she drags Luz back home, away from the Boiling Isles and away from Eda, Lilith, King, Willow, Gus and Amity. 4 years later, Luz had completely shut down and hasn't been happy and her relationship with her mother hasn't been the same since. she grew defiant, depressed, violent, started getting in trouble, but she has never stopped wishing to go back to the Boiling Isles, that is until a miracle happened one night that made her get the chance to go back to the Boiling Isles, to continue her witch training and see her friends again, and especially Amity.
