There are stories about a monster who walks amongst people unseen, one that collects the hearts of the tragic victims who travel through the forest. Aceline Capet, the daughter of a wealthy merchant, knows this story well, but already at eleven years of age, she is much too old for fairytales. There are so many more things to worry about like the reigning government's total upheaval, their family's escape to an unknown village, or her two perfect, overbearing sisters. Having left their luxurious way of life behind, her family adjusts to its new, penniless position in society and Aceline struggles with both loss and revenge. However, many years later, on the eve of her 20th birthday and after a terrible financial adventure, life takes a perilous turn when Aceline finds out a contract was made between her father and a powerful faerie. In exchange for a white rose, one person must offer themselves up to the unknown and terrible Faerie Lord living in the forest.

The sisters, one of the light and one of the dark, find themselves on the opposite sides of the conflict between the remnants of the ancient Kingdom of Hitithe and the evil empire of a vampiric Blood Lord. Their separate paths set them on a course where facing their destiny means ultimately facing each other. While one runs from this inevitability, the other has embraced it. And the fate of the world will depend upon which one shall ultimately claim it. Cover designed by Ray Gardener

One year ago, the world was informed that vampires exist. They're your next-door neighbour, your classmate, even the hag of a grandmother that never seems to age or die. Emmy Willis hates vampires. She's learned their traditions, trained how to protect herself if ever cornered, and eats garlic twice daily to avoid them at all costs. The last thing she expects to do is save one from a group of OneLife wannabes. Arden is exactly what people would claim a vampire to be like. Smart, manipulative and ready to pounce every time he gazes upon her; he can't help taking a little taste. Yet, drinking from humans is forbidden, so why is it that newspapers are publishing headlines saying women are being drained of all their blood and left to die? Each victim is found with puncture marks on their neck and a carving on their cheek. Emmy knows she shouldn't be drawn into the world of bloodsuckers, but when the next target is her... what's a human girl to do? Wattys 2017 winner in The Originals category!!!! This is NOT a romance between the main character and some hunky guy. These are the adventures of vampire Lena as she lives her life from day to day alongside her human flatmate Carmen. Together they encounter human rights activists (not what you think), overly attached exes, vampire geeks, quarrelsome shapeshifters, some really chill people, and a boy band. Let's Go For A Pint is a satire/genre parody revolving around tropes associated with vampire fiction (mostly tv and film portrayals but written works may be alluded) Season 1 is up. While marked as complete, expect ongoing editing and bonus content to appear. Cover made in Canva

Do you need help with punctuation? Are you worried you don't know where to put commas and where capitals? Do you need help with dialogue? Well, here you'll find it! I'll try to explain things the best I can, providing examples as well. There seems to be a lot of demand for this, and I might as well give it a nice format too. :)
