After Hermione finds her parents and regains there memories she gets the shock of her life when she brings back some long obliviated memories, both her parents are death eater pureblood both obliviated after invading the Ministry years back. They turn on her quicker then a cheetah and blame her for the death of their lord, so they go to the Ministry (Still acting as muggles) and demand to press charges for being obliviated. They refuse to stand down and finally get Hermione a life sentence in Azkabahn for the petty crime. With Azkabahn different after the war - all dementors dispossed of and guards used instead - alot of people got fairer trials and half of Azkabahn were freed for being innocent. So Hermione is placed in Azkabahn without even The Boy Who Lived being able to save her. A week later a headline splatters every wizarding paper. 'Hermione Granger Killed in.Azkabahn Accident' In a small cell on the top floor of Azkabahn a small lifeless looking woman sobbed over the Daily Prophet throw in her Cell at the fact she is still very much alive. Her Name? Hermione Granger.
