I am an avid Langst reader, but it's hard to find stories I relate to, but enjoy. So I have decided to make my own! (After a few chapters I'm making this more Klance-y than Langsty. There are still langst bits, but that's just a side thing I guess) - slow plot (aka I won't jump into the super anstey bits right away) - I'll try to keep characters in character -klance sprinkled in -masked depression similar to my problems -trying for 1 a day (failing) -might change title when book is further along No description until enough material is made or until I feel like it. you just have to read to figure it out!!

Lance has given up on his depression getting better, and it only gets worse when a Voltron mission goes incredibly wrong. The mask he has been holding up forever finally starts to break, because after all, nothing can hold out forever.... . . . . A/N: Anyway, this is the first Voltron fanfic I've ever done, but I wanted it to be completely out by Season 8 (obviously that didn't happen T-T). All his life, Lance has kept his face hidden behind a mask. It helped him feel safe and in control of his emotions. Too bad when I say mask, I mean a real, white, expressionless mask that completely covered his face.

They had to leave Lance behind, they didn't have a choice. That didn't mean that they were going to leave him there. They had no way of knowing the damage that could be done in such a short time.

Ever since Lance fell from the cryopod after the explosion on Arus, he was constantly plagued by crippling pains in his back. He wanted to push through for the rest of the team but one can only stay strong for so long.

When Keith goes a bit too far while arguing with Lance. It's up to Shiro to try and lift the Blue Paladin's spirits. When Lance reveals something tragic from his past, it's time for him to step up as Lance's family.

When Lance was captured by Lotor, he knew that he would be put through a lot of pain for the sake of his teammates. It was Lotor's mistake though that he thought that Lance wouldn't be loyal to his friends. They were his family after all.

Lance didn't get into the Garrison for charity. When the paladins go too far with their teasing, he decides that he isn't going to take it anymore. Hopefully, they can get him to forgive them in time and Kolivan may help him more than they ever could.

He felt pathetic. He felt worthless. His fellow paladins had no idea how much their words hurt Lance until he was gone. ........ (I WROTE THIS WHEN I WAS LIKE, 12 ,GUYS)
