Jasper's family is pressuring him to get married. Alina wants to go to her homeland. They run away and when challenges arise they get through them together, no matter what. Not good with descriptions so sorry. Themes get dark at times, but nothing to worry about. Characters are beaten down and go through hard times, but that is life.
