People and bots have trouble controlling him, the only one he trusts is his twin brother, Sideswipe. That comes to a change when he meets Skylar, she's just like him struggling with finding who she really is and finding a place in the world he thought he knew. Even all the warnings she gets from the others, Skylar is determined to help the young mech with over winning his fears, a special bond starts to grow between them, as Skylar past hunts her again, she has to agree to win a horribly tough long-distance race across America and that's not without danger, the Decepticons are still lurking in the shadows. Both have to conquer their fears and trust each other.
