Toga X OC [Preview] ~Iris' POV~ The panicked cries of an animal sounded from outside as I was gathering my things from my locker. I raced out into the rain to find several boys from my class swinging sticks at a mangy looking stray dog. They'd circled it and it was panicked, scared, and trying to flee. "Stop it!" I screamed as I sprinted toward them. "Leave it alone!" "Get lost!" One of the boys shoved me aside as I tried to break through their circle. Rage bubbled up inside of me and I felt my control on my quirk begin to slip as I glared at them all. "I SAID STOP!" I shrieked and cast out a hand toward them. Time seemed to freeze for a moment as I focused on the blood pulsing through their veins and with a slight twitch of my finger I began to draw it out. Small wounds began to open up across their skin as their blood listened to my command. The boys let out screams of pain and terror and the dog scurried away. Once their prey was free, I should have stopped, I should have released them, but the rage I felt inside had boiled over. I wanted them all to hurt more.

Ms. Joke X OC [Preview] "Miss Monochrome, that's your hero name, right?" A giant of a man with muscles that had muscles of their own each bigger than my entire head, extended a hand to me. He had grey hair, weathered skin that was starting to wrinkle and despite his stern voice his hazel eyes were filled with kindness. "...unfortunately..." I responded gloomily but didn't accept his handshake. "I know I won't get the job, I'll leave now. I'm terribly sorry for taking your time." I slowly peeled myself off the bench I'd been waiting on. "Eh?!" The kind older gentleman panicked, "wait, we didn't even get to the interview!" "I'm not qualified enough." I trudged away in a gloom, my quirk activated on its own sucking the life from everything around me. The paint on the walls around me began to lift away, no that wasn't quite right, not the paint, just the color. At least that's what everyone told me, I couldn't see color anymore, only monochrome.

Charlotte Spindel, known as Lottie by her friends...or...she would be...if she had any friends, had moved to Japan with her family halfway through the year in her first year of middle school. She had a hard time making friends as she struggled to learn the language. The other kids found her odd and more than a little bit creepy. Sometimes they saw her speaking seemingly to herself in her foreign language. One girl saw her pick up a spider and let it crawl around on her hand, since that day everyone wrote her off and wanted nothing to do with her. She went through her entire middle school life without a single friend.
