Its been a couple years after World War 2. While most countries have become closer again with other nations (Italy and France) Japan still remains mysterious. China, still wishes not to trust him. America notices the little nations still hasn't opened which up which leads most countries to believe he is unworthy. America believes he is just sore from war not realizing the damage he has actually caused Japan. With The Cold War Starting America tries to become closer with Japan. Will he be able to do this?
