Ruby Rose was training with Yang and her dad. She finally let her hair grow out. Although she wants to cut it again. One day, she was walking in the woods. To visit a gravestone like she does every 3 months. Until a ship came in, knocked the poor girl out, and kidnapped her. Once she woke up, she was in a big kingdom. She was frightened, wondering where she was. Until a girl with boyish uniform came in the room. Ruby didn't know who she was, until she got a good glimpse of her. She quickly knew who she was, Weiss Schnee. Ruby only knew about her from the newspaper. They said that she's ruthless, rude, stubborn, had an attitude, and had daddy issues. Nevertheless, she was scared. Sure, Ruby can use her semblance. But she didn't know how to get out. The only thing she could do was stay calm, obey, get to know the place better, pretend to be a good girl, betray Weiss. Or will that never happen?

Weiss is cold, nothing new. Ruby and Weiss have a terrible start once they became partners. Ruby struggles with coping with depression and Weiss makes it harder for to handle her situation. Ruby has a crush on Weiss, but is afraid to know of what she'll say to her if she were to confess. Here in this story Ruby and Weiss are both 17.
