Luego de un desafortunado evento, Kalypso es enviada a Hogwarts, un colegio de Magia y hechicería bastante conocido en el mundo mágico por todos los relatos e historias que giran alrededor de el. Ahí descubre que el mundo es más de lo que ella imaginaba, después de todo, haber vivido quince años encerrada en casa con la única compañía de sus tutores logró privarla de varias experiencias que sin duda alguna no piensa perderse una vez que llegue al colegio. Un extraño misterio la envuelve a ella en una búsqueda por un poder extraño que la obligaran enfrentarse a criaturas y aventuras peligrosas. Claro que dentro de todo este peligro, también decidirá detenerse de vez en cuando para tomar un respiro y divertirse con sus amigos; Poppy, una chica de Hufflepuff cuya obsesión por los animales e indudable carisma logra unirlas en aventuras peligrosas pero heroicas. Natsai, una amigable Gryffindor que está dispuesta a hacer todo para traer algo de paz al mundo que la rodea. Y Sebastián, un Slytherin con una moral bastante cuestionable y algo egocentrico pero que por azares del destino termina envuelto en las aventuras de Kalypso y ella en las suyas, formando así un vínculo fuerte al inicio pero que peligra cada vez más conforme ambos se van acercando a sus propios objetivos.
