Except when his not so heroic room mates are being more dickish than usual. Mikumo does develop a quirk, The power to use any quirk he wants but only if he knows how the quirk works, and has seen it in action. Izuku showed all the signs of getting a quirk, but sadly it never manifested. Mikumo: Purple hair with black tips that is curlier than Izuku's and covers his right eye most the time, Crimson eyes, slightly taller then Izuku even if he was born second. Other than that he looks identical to Izuku. He is a little more... brash & violent than Izuku is. #1 in mikumoakatani #1 in afo #1 in allforone
