Banished from Berk for befriending a Night Fury, Hiccup and Toothless leaves Berk and they are never to return. They find civilisation on another village where dragons live amongst humans known as the Island of Edon. Two years later, Hiccup and Toothless grows accustomed to their new life and explores new lands they'd never come across before. When word spread about his good deeds, Hiccup is on the run when dragon hunters wants him and Toothless. A traitor is in the midst who plans to harm those who Hiccup cared about. Secrets about the island of Edon is revealed, including the truth of the Night Furies. Date created: November 2016

Hiccup Haddock the Third was an outcast from his own village, even to his father. When he met Toothless, he felt something he has lost long ago. The belonging of a family. He never thought he could leave Berk. However, when he was chosen to kill the Monstrous Nightmare, his own fears were overcome by something else. The feelings to protect his own. He never thought of coming back. But fate had other plans.

So I've read a lot of Watching the Movie Fanfics, but not a lot of watching the series fanfics. So let's see what happens when I show Race to the Edge to the past Berk, before they have befriended dragons, but after Hiccup became friends with Toothless. Let's say when Stoick and the adults have returned from trying to find the nest. First Fanfiction I've written, so no flames please. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

It's been days after the battle of the Red Death. Days since Dragons and Viking united and days since, the young boy, Hiccup was gravely injured defeating the Red Death. He's recovering well. His life is okay for now. Has a good relationship with Astrid and the other teens. But everything changes when he discovered something secret about his life.

Remember when I asked in I Ran Away if I should make another Run Away, well this is it! The title is Hiccup saying to Toothless when he runs away in this book. I'm a nobody! He thought his monstrous nightmare match would be the perfect setting for such a feat. When things go sideways, when Toothless saves Hiccup, he has a choice, stay and try one last shot of convincing Berk, or flee with his best friend. He chooses the best option, he flees. Now, he is branded as a trator, a renegade. Stoick practically disowns him and he is never heard from again. five years later, Berk hears mighty tales of a grand hero who rides a night fury. Many call him 'Night Rider', 'Dragon Tamer', and 'Mysterious Rider'. Many doubted that this hero could be their traitorous ex heir to the Berkian leadership. After all, he was described as having a prosthetic leg, very tall, confident, and extremely buffed, while Hiccup was the opposite of all these descriptions. But... why then, has this new hero never visited Berk? And what will happen when he finally dose? Feel free to comment! I will also edit things I want everything to be amazing. After discovering the cause of the dragon raids in the Archipelago, Hiccup and Toothless slay the Red Death, but not before the young Haddock promises Astrid that he'll return one day stronger than ever before. It would take fifteen years for the young dragon rider to return, for he has been forged into a man, in a land called Persia, where he learns how to fight, lead armies/people, learn politics and other necessary skills. But during his time away from Berk, Hiccup makes powerful allies and enemies. An ancient evil is once again reawakened; demons called the Djinn. The Djinn have taken both man and dragons to increase their ranks to create an untouchable dark army, their leader Ghul, thirst for vengeance and darkness has consumed his reason, sense and conscience. Now Hiccup and a group of young men and women called 'The Inquisitors' are tasked to end the Djinn plague as it makes its way to the North... The Archipelago. Hiccup along with the Inquisitors and half of the imperial Persian army travel North, they must stop the Djinn in their tracks before they lay waste to humanity.
