The story takes place after Wally's death and deals with the origins of Impulse's mission to save everyone from Blue Beetle, the Reach, and the Light, who never actually left or stopped working with eachother. Bart knows this and tries to convince the Team and the League of this, but no one listens to him. Later in the story a new character comes in and they are not actually part of anything DC has come up with. They are merely a figment of my imagination.
