(HUENING KAI POV) This is a story I wrote in 2019, shortly after Run Away (9 3/4) by TXT came out. It was a small narrative based on the Magic Island music video, with a focus on the black cat from the TXT storyline. Because the cat was black, I tied in the superstition of black cats being bad luck. This is a really short and stupid story, but I felt like publishing it anyway because I didn't do that bad with it considering that I was in middle school. LMAO. (Soobin is not featured in this because he is the cat........... I told you it was stupid. I also didn't know how to include him LOL.) (ALSO OMG I LITERALLY SUBMITTED THIS AS MY WRITING EXAM AND CHANGED THE NAMES... but I passed... so....) Yeah, I'm not proud of this at all.. but it's cute, and I wanted to have a record of it with their actual names. So.. enjoy I guess.

After getting wasted a college party, you wake up the next morning only to realize you never truly left the party. Meeting the owner of the house, he tells you that he made sure you wouldn't leave last night out of worry for your safety. Yet, why is it that he is so protective of you? You two just met, after all. Maybe, there's something else... something in him that he can't control. Author's note: PLEASE take this story with a grain of salt. Jaehyun is really only used here as a filler because I am not bothered to write a full character. He's used almost entirely as point of reference and not as a permanent holder for the character he is meant to portray! Also, this was just written for fun (and practice) so again, please don't take it seriously.
