Elia and Rhaegar chose their best knights to protect Lyanna whilst she was giving birth as they didn't want anything to happen to her but they never knew if she survived. Rhaegar Targaryen was killed by Robert Baratheon, Elia was murdered and raped by Gregor Clegane and he also killed her two children Aegon and Rhaenys. Aegon and Rhaenys were excited to meet there baby sibling but didn't get the chance. The people who knew about the three were Oberyn Martell, Doran Martell Elia's brothers. Ellaria Sand and her children, Arthur Dayne. Ned Stark found out they had married. Ned Stark kept in contact with the Martells and updated them always on Lyarra Snow who in reality was called Rhaella Targaryen named after Rhaegar's mother. When Astrid died and was reborn Stormfly found out and reached to be with her friend again and Stormfly became Ghost Lyarra's loyal direwolf.
