Satchmo Turner is a failed private detective from the rusting heart of the Black Country who is reeling from the loss of his sister and fiancee. He's going nowhere at work, and treading water in life, until he picks up a simple missing person case and stumbles into something much bigger. Satchmo soon finds himself in over his head and embroiled a hunt for ancient treasure, unrequited love, violence and murder in a quiet English village stocked with a cast of characters he could never have imagined. Praise for Quid Pro Quo from Wattpadders: "Damn you for writing such a good book. I'm dead serious when I say you should look to get it published." "Overall, I think it's a great book and something I'd expect to see on a shelf in a bookstore somewhere." "I read another chapter and devoured the whole damn thing over an afternoon." "All-in-all the book was thoroughly enjoyable and very professionally written. Definitely better than almost everything else that I have encountered on Wattpad... it was a compelling read." "Your style of storytelling is lovely to read. I'm trying desperately to convince my husband to sign up to Wattpad so he can read it too."

Like everything, life has a structure. An order that as we grow comes to life, it teaches us and shapes us. Little by little the experiences we live slowly make us what we are supposed to be. Our maximum potential in this temporary life. Find me is a small fragment of this life. A chronological order full of happiness and sadness, but regardless of the emotions it arouses, it is an opportunity to mature. We all look for something. It can be love, wisdom, something material, in short, our lives are spent in search of something that fills us. Something that gives us purpose and makes us forget the time we lose every day. Once we find and get what we want. We love it, finally we receive that dash of light and happiness that which we wanted so much. It can be something that lasts a long time. It may be something that goes away swiftly, like the wind. But in any case, we live tied up, enchanted by what we get, and we don't see much further from it, clouding our judgement. It is a sad reality in life that everything that goes up, has to come down. Nothing is forever, therefore, what we loved so much, at some point we will lose. We will suffer immensely. We will be disconnected from the world briefly, until the sensation of pain has healed. But life continues, and with wounds already healed as a memory we grow, continuing on with our lives. We will continue yes, we already lived through the suffering, an experience that we now have as a reference is our most powerful weapon. We keep it in our minds in order to not make mistakes again. And if it happens again, at least we're better equipped to recover. This is the order of Find Me. First, We Search, then we Love, we Lose and finally we Grow. Repeating the cycle, until time is up. I hope these poems are somehow helpful for your life.

*Completed* "I just want to know why." I say as I turn over, trying to find his figure through the dark of my room. "Why what?" He asks. "Why you're being so nice to me." I say quietly, vulnerability seeping into my words. "How we even became friends." He sighs, "I want to know how." I scrunch my brow. "How what?" His response is soft, the opposite of his sarcastic personality. "How you don't see it." ******* Reagan Holt was about as average as a high school student could be. She didn't play any sports, didn't participate in the popular activities, and wasn't the girl all the boys chased after. All except one boy. He wrote her a letter every week. Each letter described something new for him to love about her. Whether it was how beautiful her laugh was or how his heart swelled with every smile she gave, he never failed to write how he felt. So the two should be together, right? That's the way Reagan wants it, but there's just one problem. He signs his letters "Love, Anonymous." Now add an obnoxious, conceited, sex god into the equation and you get a teenage girl confused on who really loves her. The sweet, tender written anonymous lover, or the cocky, ignorant asshole? -REVIEWS- "You create such wonderful characters and I can't wait to see what happens next!" VampireSa5m41993 "Thank you for wonderful dogs and little brothers and eccentrically hormonal best friends!" -Nat-Attack "I am totally hooked on this book!" nbazinet "I love the way the story flows and that you have really roundabout characters. It's as if they're real while I'm reading!" life_is_beautiful115 "Your work is literally art." lemonsun123 "Every time I read this book it just makes me smile." Nicooole97 Cover by: -winterr

Taking an interest in Chloe, he makes it his mission to kiss her in every way she listed.
