She goes about her summer but never forgets Twilight. 2 years pass and Twilight tranfers to CHS on account of, Cadance thinks she needs a better social life. Sunset is ecstatic to see Twilight but... Twilight treats her like a new friend, not remembering who Sunset is at all. Sunset gradually starts falling for the nerd in glasses but she's afraid if she lets it slip, their newfound friendship will be over. Will Twilight remember? Will Sunset keep her feelings from Twilight?
