Peridot is a musician, she has a musical talent but has always been too shy and scared to show the world, so she always plays out of sight and where she can't be heard. However, will all that change when Lapis Lazuli comes into her life?

Peridot is the new girl in town. Lapis is helping her adjust to her new environment. In the process of it all, feelings develop. What will happen next?

But apparently that's impossible because of a rebellious blue haired actress and her tendency to pull peridot out of her comfort zone. It's bad enough getting bullied by an old friend, why couldn't she just leave her alone?
