During the Berk coming of age entrance test (long name I know) five young Vikings face the outdoors alone for a year. Astrid, Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut. While fighting a High end Nomu created by Kyudai Garaki, Izuku uses OFA at 1M%, crushing the metaphorical control orb in the Nomu, and releasing all the stored time energy from it's synthetic quirk. In doing so, the massive amount of energy rips a hole in the space-time continuum, and sends Izuku's conscience, along with his fully mastered OFA, back into his 14 year old body.
