So, I watched The Maze Runner: The Death Cure last week - and I am so not okay with that ending! Newt should have survived! So I've taken matters into my own hands and re-wrote the ending. With Newtmas being eventually canon of course! or Where everything's the same except that Brenda, Minho and Gally arrive a minute earlier to save Newt's life and even make it out of the city with the perfect cure made from Thomas' blood. Oh and don't worry if you find the same story on ao3. I've posted it there, too.

Newt has to leave his home in London, everything he ever knew to move into a house with his mothers boyfriend, his daughter Malia, and his son Thomas. Newt was angry at the world but Thomas helps him realize it may not be all that bad, especially to have a new brother. Will Newt learn to love Thomas as a brother or something more? Thomas's dads girl friend and son were moving in with his dad, him and his little sister. Thomas was angry at first but he learned to accept it and now his mission is to make Newt accept it. Will Thomas learn to love Newt as a brother, or something more? I suck at summaries just read it COMPLETED

The world is black and white until you touch your soulmate; then color explodes before your eyes {written from a prompt} Newt has yet to find his soulmate. He acts like he doesn't care to the public but he truly longs to see the beautiful colors that Minho tells him about. Even more he longs for someone to love and someone to love him. Thomas is alone but unsearching. He doesn't mind the calm black and white of the world. It would be nice to have someone like his best friend Teresa but the world works in mysterious ways.
