Peter Parker has had a hard life.His parents died in a plane crash and his aunt and uncle was murdered.He lives in an abusive froster home but he still keeps up a happy face and makes the most of what he's got Tony Stark was not looking for anyone one to care for and was focus on doing his own thing but Pepper said that they were going to be starting a new program that will take in people and youths from poorer communities and background to give them job experience Tony decide to check it out what will happen when Peter and Tony meet will they help each other or not? At the young age of four Peter Parker was taken from his family and put through horrible experiments because of Hydra's obsession with creating a supersoldier. At the age of five he learned to shoot a gun. At the age of eight he killed someone for the first time. At the age of nine he received his spider powers. Maybe after a mission he will realize that Hydra is the real enemy, and if he's not careful he will become another casualty on their long list. With the help of the Avengers and friends that he meets along the way can he escape? Or will he be just another mindless soldier? I do not own the cover art. I also do not own the Avengers or anything from Marvel. I only own my own changes in the plot and any characters that I create.

Obviously, Tony and Rhodey knew Peter. The rest of the avengers come back to the compound, and Tony's not too happy. They all think it has something to do with trust, which is half right, but the truth is, Tony doesn't want the kid to find someone else he wants as his mentor. The other avengers are just confused as to why Tony seems to be protective of this intern that follows him around all the time, while Rhodey seems like some sort of uncle and Happy is keeping everything a secret just to amuse himself.

What if Peter was more injured than he thought after the fight with the Vulture? What happens when he passes out in an alley while trying to get home and he wakes up in a place he doesn't recognize with Shuri standing over to him on his right, and T'challa on his left?! And how comes Tony is having a heart attack trying to find his kid?
