The Avengers are curious about the boy Tony keeps talking about. They easily mistook the boy as Tony's son, based on how Tony talks about him. No matter how often Tony corrects them, it still stings a bit every time he admits that Peter isn't his son. Tony introduces Peter, to the Avengers.

Peter Parker was a normal kid... But ever since he lost his family, he wasn't normal anymore. He lives in Orphanage in Queens, goes to Midtown Tech and he's Spider-Man, the city hero. Peter never gave up hope, he always believed that somebody will ever adopt him, but as the time passed and he turned 14, he gave up eventually... The title is kind of self-explanatory but here is the description. When Fury wants the Avengers to capture Spiderman to find out his identify, Spidey is determined to never let himself be caught. But when there is an emergency, he has no choice but to join forces with the very people who are trying to capture him: the Avengers. After the fight, he escapes, and leaves the Avengers wondering the answer to a very important question: Does Spiderman really need to be captured?

Peter has been living in an orphanage for almost a year after his aunt died. He needs an escape. No one can know who he is even if he avengers are sent to investigate him on his patrols.
