So he decided to quit being Spider-Man and focused on running his company but when chaos ensues in New York, people die and The Avengers, X-Men and Fantastic 4 can't do anything to stop it, they try to get in contact with Spider-Man. Will Peter answer the call, and if he does, how will he go about it?
